In addition to video or audio files, you can import PowerPoint slides, PDF documents, flash animations, flashpaper documents, pictures formats (jpeg, gif, BMP) and web pages.
4.2. Is it necessary to use Momindum Studio to export a Rich Media presentation to K-base 2.0?
K-base 2.0 accepts exclusively .mob files created with Momindum Studio.
4.3. Can we change the Rich Media presentation after being published?
The presentations published on K-base 2.0 are modifiable. They can be enriched with various elements (new documents, comments, keywords, questions). The indexation and the synchronization of new data are possible. Just be careful not modify your media. If you do it so, you will have to repay.
5.1. Are the presentations accessible to everybody?
Your publications can be accessible to everybody. Then, it is up to you to restrict or not the access. You are the admin.
5.2. Can we create usergroups?
It is possible to determine the access by creating groups. This can be done through the administrator management interface. Then during the publication, you can give the access or not to various groups. All the information related to your publication will be strictly accessible to the certified users.
5.3. Is it necessary to create an account on Momindum K-base 2.0 to reach contents?
It is not necessary to create an account to reach the K-base 2.0 contents. However, an authentification system can be integrated (Intranet and/or Extranet).

Yes, it is possible to enrich another user's presentation. However, the administrator may have setlle and control access. In that case it could prevent you from realizing modifications or additions.
