Xavier de Passemar - Chairman, CEO and Founder
Xavier de Passemar has served as CEO since 2007. He recognized early on the emergence of video and multimedia and the critical
impact it would have on organizations. Xavier founded the company with a vision to create a revolutionary way for enterprises to
educate and a more effective means to transfer knowledge. Under his leadership, Momindum has become the leader in rich media
communications with exponential growth, both in Europe and in the US. The Momindum solution and services are utilized and trusted by
numerous Global 500 companies.
Xavier is an experienced entrepreneurial leader in the IT industry. In 1999, Xavier was the founder and CEO of OPEN UP, an IT consulting firm part of the Net2s Group. Xavier also served as Corporate Marketing Director of Net2s Group. The company was acquired by BT. Xavier also founded in 1997 Independent.fr, a company specializing in professional intermediation that he sold a year later. Early in his career, Xavier held various sales positions with Hewlett Packard, Ingres and Soft Bank.

Thierry Manissol - President
Thierry serves as a President and has global responsibilities over our marketing initiatives.
Thierry brings over 20 years of international experience in the software industry. Prior to Momindum, Thierry served as ORSYP Americas' CEO, since 2000. Thierry had significant achievements in growth of revenue and a proven track of record of sales to Fortune 100 firms. Under his tenure, between 1997 and 2007, ORSYP opened 12 subsidiaries in Europe, Africa, North America and Asia and maintained its leadership position next to formidable corporations IBM, BMC and CA. Based on the company's success it led to a 4x valuation and eventual sale of the Company in 2007. He also held positions as general manager, development engineer, sales engineer and product manager. Prior to joining ORSYP in 1989, Thierry was responsible for Business Application development and Information System design at Cardif (BNP-Paribas).
Thierry holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
Regis Bourgault - CTO, Vice President of Software Development
Regis is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Momindum's technology.
Regis manages the product road map and development of our award-winning technology since Momindum's inception. End user driven, his talent and creativity are key contributors to our customers' success. Prior to joining Momindum, Regis has developed a strong feel for Momindum's innovative communications solutions as developer and lead developer for several software publishers such as Alatele.com, one of the first web TVs in France. Regis also delivered multi-media knowledge management solutions with Droit-in-Situ for the legal services industry.
